How It Works

It’s really easy...!

Once you finish the payment process, you can print/download your insurance cover note (valid for 30 days) and the receipt online, through MY ACCOUNT also you will receive an email containing all the documents.

Our customer service staff will contact you and arrange the insurance policy documents to you, within 3 working days.

Please note ;

- Customer have two options to receive the insurance card, through post or through the nearest insurance company branch at his/her convenience

- The cover note you receive through this site doesn't support to renew the online revenue license, you will be able to renew it once the insurance company issues the policy.

 

Important - Please keep below files ready (in jpeg,png,pdf formats) before start the process (File size should be not more than 3Mb)

                   01. Four clear photos of your vehicle in current condition - Front / Back / Left side / Right side (jpg,jpeg,png)

                   02. If the vehicle is registered - Scaned copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (CR) (jpg,jpeg,png,doc,docx,pdf)

                         If not registered - Vehicle Invoice received when the vehicle is purchased

                   03. If you have an exisiting Full Insurance - Scanned copy of the Current Insurance Card (jpg,jpeg,png,doc,docx,pdf)

                   04. Leasing deletion letter - if applicable 

 

Special note - Please ensure that the correct files are uploaded to the required fields. The vehicle must either be registered under your name, or you must provide valid transfer papers or a deletion letter as proof of ownership. Failure to submit the required documents may result in the insurance company refusing to issue the policy, in which case any refund requests must be made directly to the insurance company. Assetline Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd will not cancel or refund any cover notes once issued.

 

01. Submission of Correct Documents - Please ensure that all submitted documents are accurate and complete. We shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading documents.

02. Outstanding Financial Interests - If there is any financial interest (e.g., loan or lease) associated with your vehicle, a deletion letter from the relevant party must be submitted. Please note that without this document, the insurance policy cannot be activated, and no refund will be provided.

03. Mandatory Tax Receipt - Submission of a valid tax receipt is mandatory upon request. Failure to provide the receipt will result in the insurance policy not being activated.

04. Policy Issuance to Registered Users Only - Insurance can only be issued in the name of the registered owner. If you wish to obtain insurance for another individual or entity, that party must first be registered on our platform.

05. No Refund for Incomplete or Incorrect Submissions - If the required documents are not submitted correctly, or if all conditions for policy activation are not fulfilled, no refund will be granted for issued cover notes.
